Cash Refund Records Bulk Import using CSV Import Assistant

You can now manage cash refund records in bulk using the CSV Import Assistant. Previously, creating cash refunds was limited to individual entries, which hindered high-volume processing and increased the risk of manual entry errors. This new enhancement allows users to import multiple cash refunds from a single file, facilitating faster and simpler data management.

Getting Started with CSV Import Assistant

To begin importing cash refund records, navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records. In Step 1 of the Import Assistant, select the Transactions import type, followed by the Cash Refund record type. This interface will enable you to map all the standard and custom fields available for cash refunds, such as those that can be accessed via the UI, REST, or SuiteScript.
