The To Be Emailed box in NetSuite allows systems to automatically send an email copy of the sales order to the email addresses specified in the sales order. This functionality can enhance customer communication and streamline order processing.

How to Map the To Be Emailed Feature in NetSuite Connector

To configure this feature, follow these steps in NetSuite Connector:

1. Select Connector and Account: In NetSuite Connector, choose the relevant connector and account.
2. Navigate to Order Mappings: Go to Mappings > Orders.
3. Open the Order Tab: Select the Order tab on the Order Mappings page.
4. Add Mapping: Click Add Mapping to create a new mapping.
5. Select Mapping Type: In the dropdown, select To Be Emailed NetSuite.
6. Finalizing Your Mapping: Click Add Mapping to confirm your choice.
7. Close the Window: After adding the mapping, click Close. This mapping will default to a Mapping Type of Fixed.
8. Configure Email Checkbox Status: Under the Field/Fixed Value column, choose either Checked or Unchecked from the dropdown list. This decision will determine the state of the To Be Emailed checkbox when orders sync with NetSuite.
9. Save Your Changes: Click Save to apply these mappings.
