Mapping Multilocation Orders with Shopify Integration
Map Shopify locations to NetSuite for seamless order tracking and management between platforms. Enhance multi-location capabilities today.
When using multiple locations in Shopify, mapping each location to the corresponding NetSuite location for orders is essential. This feature enables tracking of the specific Shopify location from which the orders are posted.
Note: Ensure that the multi-location feature is enabled in Shopify before proceeding with the mapping process. If not, existing mappings must be deleted and re-added.
Steps to Map Multilocation Orders in Shopify:
- Log in to app.farapp.com.
- Select the Shopify connector and the relevant account.
- Navigate to Mappings > Orders.
- Click on the Order Item tab to open the Order Item Mappings page.
- Click Add Mapping to open the Add NetSuite Mapping window.
- Choose Location from the NetSuite Field list.
- Click Add Mapping.
- Click Close to return to the Order Item Mappings page.
- Locate the new Location row and choose Order Line with Translation from the Mapping Type column.
- In the Shopify Fixed/Field Value column, select Location ID.
- Note: This mapping applies only to Shopify POS orders, as the Location ID is populated solely for Shopify POS stores.
- To set the NetSuite location for the existing rows in the popup window, select the desired value in the NetSuite Value column.
- (Optional) To add a new row for a new Shopify location:
- Click Add Row.
- In the Shopify Value column, enter the Shopify location ID.
- In the NetSuite Value column, select the corresponding NetSuite location to map to the Shopify location ID.
- (Optional) To add more locations, repeat step 12.
- Click Save.
- Click Close.
- Finally, on the Order Item Mappings page, click Save to confirm all changes.
After successfully completing these steps, you can test the mappings by creating a test order in Shopify and following the guidelines provided in the NetSuite Connector Manual Sync Tests.
