How to Map Shopify Order Risk Data to NetSuite
The following steps detail how you can create a custom field in NetSuite and map Shopify's order risk data.

Log in to app.farapp.com.

Select the Shopify connector and choose the relevant account.

Navigate to Mappings > Orders.

In the Order tab, click on Add Mapping.
The Add NetSuite Mapping popup window will appear. -
Select Custom Field from the NetSuite Field list.

In the Custom Field ID section, enter the field ID, which begins with custbody followed by the ID name you assigned to the field in NetSuite.

Click Add Mapping.
A success message will confirm that your mapping has been added. -
Click Close to exit the popup window.

Find your newly created mapping in the order mappings list. Under the Mapping Type column, select Order Header.

In the Shopify Field/Fixed Value column, choose Custom Field.

Next, a new window called Map Custom Order Field will open. Select the account and enter an existing Order ID that has risk data associated with it.

Click View Field Data to fetch the available fields associated with the order.

Locate the risk data field named risks.0.recommendation and click the plus sign next to it to select it.

Finally, click Save to complete the mapping process.
