Key Enhancements

• A note was added to the Setting Up Shipping and Shipping Integration with FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia help topics regarding the usage of the Shipping Label Integration in both Sandbox and Release Preview accounts.

• Two new help topics have been introduced:

Setting Up Shipping Preferences

To effectively manage your shipping operations within NetSuite, follow these steps to set up shipping preferences:

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping to define your shipping charge policy.
2. To enable automatic shipping charges for orders, check the Charge for Shipping box. If left unchecked but you still wish to charge for shipping, create a separate line item on the transaction.
3. To differentiate handling from shipping charges, check both Charge Handling Separate from Shipping and Charge for Shipping boxes during the shipping item creation process.
4. Select your Default Shipping Carrier and Default Shipping Method to ensure consistency across sales orders and invoices.
5. If utilizing Pick, Pack, and Ship capabilities, identify your preferred sales order processing method.
