Return Authorization Sync for Enhanced eCommerce Integration

The Return Authorization Sync feature automatically retrieves return requests created in Loop Returns. For each return generated in Loop, it creates a matching Return Authorization record in NetSuite. This integration ensures that every return handled through Loop is accurately reflected in your NetSuite account.

Important Notes on Returns in Loop

• The connector does not support multiple returns and exchanges for the same order if initiated in Loop.
• When you flag a return in NetSuite, the Loop Returns Connector will mark the corresponding return in Loop for manual review. After completing this review, the return will be moved to open status in Loop.
• To avoid the connector flagging the return for future syncs, ensure to update the reviewed status or clear the flag in NetSuite. Failing to do so will result in the connector continually flagging the return in subsequent syncs.

• Regularly review flagged returns in NetSuite to keep your records updated.
• Ensure clear communication between your NetSuite and Loop Returns systems to prevent discrepancies and enhance workflow effectiveness.
