Welcome to NetSuite Changelog

If you've ever opened a NetSuite release PDF and immediately closed it again, this site was built for you.

Oracle ships two types of NetSuite updates: major versioned releases (like 2024.2, 2025.1) and a continuous stream of weekly help center changes that quietly reshape how the platform works. Both matter. Neither is easy to keep up with. The official documentation is thorough, but it's dense, scattered, and written for people who already know exactly what they're looking for.

NetSuite Changelog exists to fix that.

What This Site Does

At its core, this is a searchable, organized library of NetSuite changes, pulled from Oracle's official release notes, help center, and release PDFs, then structured so you can actually find what you need.

Every article is sourced from Oracle's own documentation. Nothing here is made up or speculative. The original content and intellectual property belongs to Oracle NetSuite, we just make it easier to navigate.

What You'll Find Here

Releases

Every major NetSuite release has its own dedicated page. Head to /releases to browse all versions, or jump straight into the current release to see every article grouped by category, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteCommerce, Financials, and more. If you missed what changed in a specific version, this is your starting point.

Articles

The /articles section is where individual changes live. Each article covers a single feature update, fix, or addition, with a plain-language summary, the source link back to Oracle's documentation, related articles, and an auto-generated FAQ. You can filter by tag to focus on what's relevant to your role.

Search

The search bar at the top of every page (or hit Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) lets you search across releases and articles at once. Whether you're trying to figure out when a specific API changed or whether a workflow behavior is documented somewhere, just search it.

Trending This Week

The homepage surfaces the most-viewed articles from the last seven days. A good way to see what other NetSuite professionals are paying attention to right now.

Newsletter

If you don't want to check back manually, subscribe to the newsletter. We send updates when new articles land, when a new release is published, or a weekly digest of what changed. You can unsubscribe anytime from any email.

Blog

Which brings us to where you are right now. The blog is a newer addition to the site, a space for content that goes beyond raw release notes. Articles about how to approach version upgrades, thoughts on platform direction, practical tips for admins and developers, and anything else worth writing about in the NetSuite space. No strict editorial calendar, just useful content when there's something worth saying.

Who This Is For

If any of these describe you, you're in the right place:

  • NetSuite admins trying to stay on top of what changed before an upgrade
  • Developers who need to know when an API, SuiteScript behavior, or SuiteFlow option was modified
  • Consultants and partners who need to brief clients on what's new in a release
  • Business users who want to understand what a specific update actually means in practice

The site is free, independent, and not affiliated with Oracle in any way. This is a community resource, built by someone who kept losing hours to the same problem and decided to do something about it.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

The site is under active development. Features get added regularly, and the content library grows with every NetSuite update cycle. If something's broken, missing, or could be better, there's a contact form and it actually gets read.

Dark mode works. Just saying.

Welcome. Start with the latest release, run a search for something you've been wondering about, or subscribe if you want updates delivered. However you use it, hope it saves you some time.
