Granting Access to SuiteCommerce InStore APM Setup

The SuiteCommerce InStore Performance Setup page allows administrators to grant roles and employees access to SuiteCommerce InStore APM (Application Performance Monitoring) data. This feature is essential for teams needing insights into performance and sales metrics within the SuiteCommerce ecosystem.

How to Grant Permission to View SuiteCommerce InStore APM

To enable access to SCIS APM, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Customization > SCIS Performance > SCIS Performance Setup.

2. To grant access to roles or employees, do the following:

   Granting Access to a Role

   • Click the Roles subtab.
   • From the Role field, select a role you want to grant access to.
   • Click Add to include the role in the access list.
   • Repeat the process for additional roles.

   Granting Access to an Employee

   • Click the Employees subtab.
   • From the Employee field, select the employee who needs access.
   • Click Add to include the employee in the access list.
   • Repeat the process for additional employees as needed.

3. Finally, click Save to apply the changes.
