Enabling quantity-based pricing in NetSuite allows businesses to set item prices according to how many units are purchased. This feature enhances sales strategies that rely on volume discounts. For effective integration between NetSuite and NetSuite Connector, it's crucial to enable quantity-based price levels in both systems.

How to Enable Quantity-Based Pricing in NetSuite

To enable this feature in your NetSuite environment, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Select the Transactions subtab.
3. Check the Quantity Pricing box to activate it.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important Note

Make sure that quantity-based pricing mappings are not created in NetSuite Connector without enabling this feature in NetSuite, as it will lead to mapping failures.

How to Map Quantity-Based Price Levels in NetSuite Connector

Once quantity-based pricing is enabled in NetSuite, you can map these price levels in NetSuite Connector:

1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
2. Choose your connector and account.
3. Navigate to Mappings > Products.
4. Depending on your setup:
   • For marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart, choose the category from the Category list where your current price mapping exists.
   • For other integrations, select Price/Quantity Only or Full Product in the Select Sync Type field.
5. Find your price mapping in the list and click on Special Mapping - Click to Edit.
6. If the price field is not visible, click Add Mapping to include it.
7. From the Map Price from the Following Price Level dropdown, select the appropriate price level.
8. Check the Using Quantity-Based Price Levels box.
9. Enter the required quantity in the Quantity Tier field, ensuring it matches the NetSuite item record.
10. Click Save Changes, then Save to finalize the mapping.

• Verify that all price levels in NetSuite correspond accurately to the pricing tiers you are mapping in the connector.
• Ensure compatibility between product categories and the respective price mappings to maintain pricing integrity.
