Steps to Map Cash Refund Records in NetSuite Connector

To successfully map a return location for cash refunds, follow these steps in your NetSuite Connector:

1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
2. Select the connector and the relevant account.
3. Navigate to Mappings > Other Transactions.
4. Click on the Transaction Item tab.
5. Click Add Mapping.
6. From the Transaction Type dropdown, choose Cash Refund.
7. Select Location from the NetSuite Field list.
8. Click Add Mapping to save your selection to the mappings page.
9. Click Close to finish this step.
10. From the new entry, select the appropriate location from the NetSuite Field/Fixed Value dropdown. If the location is not visible, reload the lists by clicking Reload NetSuite Lists.
11. Lastly, click Save to complete the mapping.
