3. In the Matching Records section, check the boxes next to the records you want to associate this email with. You can select multiple records at once.
   • Note: The matching records are determined based on the email addresses in the email. If the desired record isn't displayed, you can manually search for and add it.
4. In the Email Attachments section, select any attachments you want to sync.
5. Click Sync Email to complete the process.

How to Sync an Event to NetSuite

To sync an event invitation from Outlook to a NetSuite record, you can follow these steps:
