Mapping 3PL Shipment Methods in NetSuite Connector

The Fulfillment Settings page in NetSuite Connector enables you to manage all shipment method mappings effectively. If a shipment method from your third-party logistics (3PL) provider does not appear here, it indicates that no fulfillments with that method have been received by NetSuite Connector, meaning you can only map methods for which fulfillments exist.

How to View or Edit Shipment Methods

To review or edit shipment methods on the Fulfillment Settings page, follow these steps:

1. In NetSuite Connector, select your 3PL from the left menu and choose the relevant account.
2. Navigate to Mappings > Fulfillments.
   • You will see a table displaying shipment methods associated with fulfillments imported from your 3PL/account. New shipment methods received will be added to this table for you to map.
3. Once you have mapped your 3PL shipping methods to NetSuite shipping methods, click Save.
   • To reload the shipment methods displayed, click the icon beside Default Shipment Method To Post To When No Shipping Method Found. Note that it may take a few seconds for changes to reflect in NetSuite Connector.
   • If you set the default shipment method option to Do Not Post, it generates an error for orders with unmapped shipping methods, allowing you to map them for successful posting to NetSuite.
4. (Optional) Under Advanced Options, you can apply filters to view orders by weight and total amount.

• You cannot map shipping methods for secondary accounts if you have multiple accounts with your 3PL and multiple connectors in NetSuite Connector.
