- Log in to app.farapp.com.
- Select the desired connector, followed by the relevant account.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- To disable an order mapping, navigate to Mappings > Orders.
- To disable a product mapping, go to Mappings > Products.
- Find the specific mapping you wish to disable. In the corresponding mapping row, click the toggle button on the left side.
Note: If your mapping does not have a toggle button, you can click the Delete icon on the right to remove it. Be cautious not to delete the Category field mapping, as this can disrupt your synchronization. - Click Save to confirm your changes.
