Disabling Mappings in NetSuite Connector Management

Disabling an order or product mapping in NetSuite Connector allows for improved management of your sync operations, which is essential for maintaining data integrity across platforms. This process is straightforward and can be executed through the mapping interface in the NetSuite Connector application.

How to Disable a Mapping

To disable a mapping, follow these steps:

1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
2. Select the desired connector, followed by the relevant account.
3. Perform one of the following actions:
   • To disable an order mapping, navigate to Mappings > Orders.
   • To disable a product mapping, go to Mappings > Products.
4. Find the specific mapping you wish to disable. In the corresponding mapping row, click the toggle button on the left side.
   Note: If your mapping does not have a toggle button, you can click the Delete icon on the right to remove it. Be cautious not to delete the Category field mapping, as this can disrupt your synchronization.
5. Click Save to confirm your changes.

• Disabling a mapping may affect your sync operations. Always review your current mappings and their impacts before proceeding.
