Integrate the NetSuite Connector with Oracle Simphony by configuring SFTP credentials for seamless data exchange.
To integrate the NetSuite Connector with Oracle Simphony, enter your SFTP credentials in the Simphony Connector credentials settings screen. If you need SFTP details, consult your administrator or reach out to Oracle Support to create the SFTP location.
How to Configure Credential Settings

Log in to NetSuite Connector.

Navigate to Oracle Simphony > Settings > Credentials.

In the Credentials settings subtab, input the following details for the Oracle Simphony SFTP server:
- Simphony User Name
- Simphony Endpoint
- Simphony Dataport
- Simphony Private Key
- Simphony Orders Path
- Simphony Orders Archive Path

To enable decryption of exports, you will also need to enter:
- Simphony Private Key
Ensure this key is properly formatted. Follow these steps to prepare the key file:
- Open the
.ascor key file in a text editor. - Confirm that the Private key appears as follows, without extraneous data before the cipher:

- Copy all included text from '-----BEGIN KEY' to 'END KEY-----'.
- Simphony Passphrase

Finally, click Save and then select Test Connection. A success message will confirm that your connection is established.
